Time for the management to look into into it.May be they are over stressed.
In fact right now I find the Go Air staff the best.
Sindhu does not seemto dispute airline policy, but is affected by the rudeness. Indigo maintain safety requirements, but does not deny rudeness. Ergo, it seems the airline was rude. No one says you have to be rude to provide safety. Are we becoming is United Airlines in the US?
ndigo staff whether they are ground staff or inflight crew they misbehave with passengers especially with South Indians. They think they are above all. They don''t know meaning for respect, courteous etc. Have stopped using Indigo services already. One or other day they fly with one door open and they understand what is safety!'
PV Sindhu is now a celebrity and Indigo Airlines is the No.1 airlines in India. I often travel by Indigo and have come across rude behaviour of their staff. Airlines staff following rules is right. However, that does not give them the right to misbehave with passengers.
I have traveled extensively on Indigo ever since its launch. However, in recent years I have found on several occasions it's staff behaving rudely and especially showing no empathy for the customer. That Indigo is condoning this attitude is unfortunate & perhaps they in their current dominant position, think that handling customer problems with sensitivity is not important any longer.
