More important reason was the umpires were confused in pronouncing his long tongue twister name and refused referee duty.

The name 'Mallikarjun Vantagudi' should be used in toungue twister games. I bet many people will tie their tongues in knots. Better change your name to 'Michael Vandamme' or something like that.
