If an athlete has permission to use medication and it is on record ; what is the hullaballooo ? Moreover US authorities are more strict as was proved in case of Lance Armstrong and Marion Jones !

baniya does not have problem with one community they will always want their caste to be supreme thus still practices caste based discrimination.

you mean to say that the rules are only for the weak and poor? There are many more from the elite nations who are in that list. Will the world body show the spine to take action similar to the one meted out to the Russian athletes?
