While we are planning Diwali holidays all airlines has increased fare rates. so its like giving subsidy to haj pilgrims from govt while the same govt allows the rest of the people to get looted from airline companies in the form of fare hikes or increase during festivals.
It is often seen that staff of airlines very behave in a very careless manner with passengrs. Only those passengers who are considered rich are treated well. They, specially, Indian airlenes should learn to handle passengers.
Air hostesses have a lot of air around them. I think they need to take a chill pill. There is a certain manner in which a customer need to be spoken with.
She already is acting like a spoiled celebrity. She was talking on phone and airline staff asked her to talk "softly" and on when she threw tantrums, asked her to "chill". Only person rude here is Deepa herself and she expect the whole world to bow down because she is handicapped. This is nonsense, to say the very least.

If this girl is shouting and someone tells her to speak softly, how is it rude? All celebrities INDIA whether politicians, sportspersons, actors etc think above all and behave arrogantly.

Airline should have taken better care of Deepa.It is better if the concerned Airline apologizes.
