Ramesh Krishnan also managed to enter the quarters at wimbeldon a couple of times. why don\\\'t you also write about him ...??

Yes, he played in Quater Finals of Wimbledon on 1 occassions in 1986

Ramesh krishnan played quarter finals in US open and then it was against stefan edberg with whom he lost 6-2, -2, 6-2

amirtaraj could come to quarter finals only because 81 ranked palyers did not particpate...whre as Ramanathan Krishan came to semifinals twice with top players in the tournament...dont overestimate vijay

Ramanathan Krishnan, Vijay Amritraj, Leander Paes and Sania Mirza were/are the best players of India during their days.

Ramanathan Krishnan was a semi-finalist in 1960 and '61, when tennis was not a professional sport.... it was for amateurs back then... Tennis only became competitive from the start of the open-era in 1968.
