Media should show case the world standard physical fitness of our hockey players who plays 60 minutes of non-stop games, unlike some lazy games players' physical fitness!!
The nation is ectastic of the silver medal won by the India team. But spend some moments to think of the dismal finishing when inside the 'D' and India's inability to secure more penalty corners. The Australians have been playing their same model of game over the years... just watch how their finish is once inside the 'D'. I would only say the non-performance of Great Britain enabled India to enter the finals. Our last robin round encounter with Australia was indeed pathetic. Miles to go for staking a podium finish at Rio!!!

True, but working on one grey area at a time (not conceding late goals or goals at all) than focusing on a win starts the confidence-building process.
A win is just a sum of the confident parts ! So, nice to see Indians do ONE thing well, than mess up ALL.
Coach Roelant Oltmans has caught the right nerve to revolutionize Indian Hockey in due time.
Hope Oltmans gets the continued support of the govt. for years.

See, it's good to see Indian Hockey players being praised for their efforts at defense (one weak area) & improve one-by-one than at the final results!
Good Days ahead. The other issues will be taken care of successively.
Heartiest congratulations team India for a spirited performance. Hope u continue in the same vein and revive spectator interest in our national sport and our past glory. All the best for future.
Holding on to Australian till the last is indeed a superlative performance.I only wished if they could convert all the penalty shoot out.It is truly a performance worth celebration.
