Dear Friends Never purchase Tata Car because 1. Product is worse, on documents it seems excellent but on ground reality it is worth less. 2. You will never get warranty as committed by Company. 3. I am suffering since last one year by purchasing two Tata Car. 4. Regarding the warranty I have wrote a mail to their Top management even to Mr. Mistry no action has been taken.
Hence Please go for any other trusted brand because after all it your hard earning Money. Vijay

Dewar Mr Das, Is this the first time you are purchasing a Tata Vehicle. We have been using it since last 2 decades. I would say8/10 we have not faced any problems.But my doubt is why u purchased 2 vehicles...straight.

you are suffering from a ego problem every car has a problem. even i own maruti alto since 2010 which faced problem but it was rectified after going to workshop for twice. I put my car service on time. People like you don't want to pay anything and demands free of cost for everything.

Sorry sir, I had been facing the problem repeatedly 60-70 times since last 10 months. I raised my complaint to top management of Tata no action has been taken as on date. Hope we all are paying for good car

while we running the car on CNG spark plug getting damaged (short) and vehicle completely down. Neither it is running on CNG nor on petrol.
Team from Tata factory and CNG expert examined number of time. Even they have dismantled the head of the car but problem not rectified. Last month they have changed the head of new car (under warranty) but problem still persists.
hen tell me what should I do now?? no body responding my complaints.

oh cng car, i have petrol alto but never converted into cng as many problems persists in cng cars. these spark plugs are playing havoc with chevy beat owners with cng. for spark plugs the gap needs to be adjusted otherwise any cng car will run for just 50 kms and will break down. 0 242 240 693 - FR6DE Gap: 0.5mm Application: Tata Indica, Tata Indigo, Tata Indigo Marina, Maruti Swift, Eeco, Gypsy (Excluding K series). All those vehicles that run on FR6DC4 plugs. Price: 300INR

all people face one or the another problem but always buy a petrol car which is much reliable, this is my point of view.
