Women these days, gets into the physical relationships with men with mutual consent & then for some reason if the differences arise in relationship, they straight away file sexualharrassment case or criminal offence against the man. In such cases woman gets away with all sympathy even though the decision of physical relationship was agreed by the two, a man's image in the society gets tarnished for the life & it becomes irreversible damage to his career, family & socio-economical status.
I don't know the complete facts of this case but nowadays these sort of trends in the names of women liberalisation are increasing significantly & unfortunately laws are a bit biased against men, if they proves to be innocent at the end then no punishment is served for the woman for defaming them.

Mate - dont generalise. If she has had an abortion that means something. He has not said he does not know her. It looks like a case where they have had a relationship - but man seems to be chickening out when its time to take it to next logical level. The only thing that is required here is for both Sardar and the girl to sit without any other people (including parents and lawyers) interference to see what they want out of this relationship.

So, what is wrong in that? She could have waited until marriage to have intimacy? Breakup is common before marriage, you cant file a case for that.
He did not take a knife and abort her. She went to a hospital and got an abortion of her own free will. She is from london, she could have had the child if she wanted.
