Carolina Marin is a very good player and her control on racket, placement and judgement to leave the outbound shuttle was superb. But she was also expert in lot of tantrums- like her extra unwarranted shouting and screaming, taking undue more time in drinking water/toweling etc. when Sindhu was waiting to serve just to distract/divert the concentration of Sindhu and irritate her. Sindhu has to learn to face all this. Carolina Marin was always smiling and oozing confidence which was missing in Sindhu!

A agree, though Carolina looked better player... not sure contribution of her screaming to her success. Even kids at watching were aghast her behaviour on the court. She appeared to be a un-sportive, and made her look less impressive thus. This kind of distractions should be banned from any kind of sport.
The greatness of the disciple is determined by the quality of his mentor. P.V. Sindhu is fortunate to have pulella as coach and mentor. We in India need few of Pulella urgently.
Played well and won the first set. Marin turned aggressive in the second set beginning, and Sindhu became too defensive. Sindhu could have gone little aggressive afterwards and hit some shots her favourite would have helped Sidhu more!! It was not a loosing match but not an easy win!! But Sindhu played very well though a bit affected with Marin's aggression!!
