based on available facts this decision by cas was to be expected:
fact - all blood samples had the banned substance
fact - no conclusive evidence to back up the conspiracy theory - hence it cannot be accepted on face value
nada should take responsibility for clearing him in the first place - wasting money/opportunity for another candidate.

if one person is ineligible to participate then he pulls the legs of other and see that other is also inelegible ,
This Narsingh yadav story is the example to above .

We indians are fighting ourselves, no need of outsider.....this is the challenges faced be all sports persons...take Mary-com etc...

Do you think RIO Olympics will wait till you prove your innocence. what is the use even if you prove your innocence after the competition. we need the boxer to fight for the country not for fight to prove their innocence after caught in the doping.
