India looked to be content with having made it to the qtrs and that was why perhaps India played so poorly against Canada.They certainly lacked motivation and the urge to go all out to beat Canada. Whatever happened to the Indian side that played that attacking hockey against Germany ?It was undoubtedly the best match India played for a long time not just in this Olympics.As things stand India\'s chances are very slim against Belgium but at least they should try to end up in first 4-5 places by playing positive hockey and not repeat their pathetic performance seen against lowly Canada.God knows whatever happens to them in the 4th qtr invariably going on the defensive in every match w/o exception? India must work on this weakness and overcome although the overall defense has been reasonably good which should be used for initiating quick counter attacks by forwards for creating chances through PCs.A defensive approach as seen in matches against Netherlands and Canada is sure to be self defeating.Good luck.
India couldn't defeat Canada- the team which lost to everyone else. That was extremely sloppy performance. If they play like that again, Belgium will MAUL them very badly
