thankfully olympic people started thinking... movies is not reality and to much hype is created around movies. padmashree is distributed like vada pav to actors. actors are actors and they are just enacting. you cannot push aside the real life people to give centre stage to actors. there is no bigger insult to indian sports. let actors endorse products, but sports is not soap or shampoo.
No doubt Sachin is far better than Salman but i am doubtful how far his appointment as ambassador will help other sports.Do the olympic association is looking for only a nice looking wealthy figure as an ambassador .
