[c] For many there is enjoyment in performing cruelty on girls
[d] Vulnerability of girls can be reduced by exercises, both real physical work and imaginary like making animations and discussions:
[1] Manual Combat [2] Aggressive behavior [3] Vulnerability analysis [4] Self Defense equipment [5] Exposure, or destruction of secrecy and privacy [6] Attack planning and execution
[e] Privacy and secrecy helps offenders.
[f] Public bodies and government do not wish to remove secrecy and privacy of contact with girls inside organizations
[g] When it gets reported, effort is to minimize scope of inquiry and prevent generalized inference or action
[h] Indians refuse to allow anything that reduces vulnerability of girls. Parents conspire against their own girl right from her birh or before. One should ask the parents what steps they took ever since her birth to make her less easy to hurt.
[i] Knowledge requires experiments to find out scope, mechanisms, and generalizations about a situation. Full solution is impossible without knowledge of the subject.
