SHOCKING ! Tragic And Sad For An Aspiring Nation....
by rishi on May 07, 2015 01:55 PM

Auhtorities at SAI should be taken to task and meted the most rigorous treatment that such a situation deserves....atmosphere in the sports, music and arts institutes like all others should be having a very soothing, inspiring and pleasant outlook so that the aspirants concerned can work to their best and give their best in the sports discipline they are desiring to excel in at competitive levels. It is disgusting how people practically everywhere in authority in India have such a degenerated mentality that either they derive their 'satisfaction' in life by causing pain and harassment to others down the line or they wilfully ignore the socio-cultural and emotional needs of the people down the line they are responsible for. ....something drastically wrong with our bringing-up, customs-rituals etc., so-called traditions and sanskars of Indians atlarge that it turns 'grown-ups into utterly senseless, insensitive and shamelessly priding in creating obstacles for young people to live and grow with dignity while the others remain mute spectators ! A failed Indian society of most middle and upper-middle classes people becoming rich and wealthy by dubious methods leaving the larger economy in doldrums which in-turn causes all sorts of societal maladies and making life difficult for simple people who are powerless and poorly informed.Mentality of WELL-TO-DO INDIANS BECOMES QUESTIONABLE.THERE IS NOTHING MORE TRAGIC THAN A 15YEAR-OLD GIRL HAVING TO DIE THE WAY SHE DID. SAVE OTHERS!NOW!

SUICIDE BY SPORTS PERSONS.
by sundaresan veeravalli on May 07, 2015 01:22 PM

Now is the turn of sports women;already farmers, techies, even soldiers are resorting to this dangerous form of protests.some how the trend is unless this type of extremeprotestd are made, the Govt. is not listening;for that matter as "sadsd said, people/govt forget every thing once a follow incident takes place.
What is the use of a Bharat Ratna sports person as MP AND who can't exercise control over all the sports bodies and concentrates on one game, which is only nearer to his heart. LET TENDULKAR BE MADE THE SPORTS MINISTER(AND NOT IAS BABUs)AND LET HIM LOOK INTO THE AFFAIRS OF ALL(R)ALL SPORTS BODIES?I am sure he will bring not only cricket but also all the sports/games bodies and their affairs and bring out the loop holes.and cricket bodies can help other sports bodies also, with their stinking rich funds;instead of wasting on "cheer girls/big parties and other extravaganza.

reducing annual sports budget will not help already defunct and poor sports facilities
any sport govt controls n manages is in shambles in india..
let coporates manage it ..they can do better for players anyday and make their money too
