Just because Gatlin is from USA he has been pardoned time & again, even after being caught taking banned drugs. Canada's Ben Johnson's career was finished because of taking performance enhancing drug. He won the 100 metres sprint event in 1984 Olympics beating Carl Lewis of US, but his medal was snatched because of his urine sample showing drug usage. Why was Gatlin let off with such a minor charge when he is a repeat offender, appears it is because of his US citizenship.
