Your outdated view of women as a commodity transferred on marriage needs to stop ! It is like saying that Ms. Mirza's husband is now an Indian, BJP leader Sunil Modi is a keralite, and late President Narayanan was actually Burmese !

Actually, no.
The courts were designed to interfere. In this case, the court has taken a proper stand -- candidates without merit have been walking away with awards and that should be curtailed.

Executive decisions should not overlook the rules framed for the purpose.Also in this case it is quite clear that the complainant's objections were not considered by the Executive.That is why he appealed before the Court.Court is trying only to know the correct position by hearing all sides.This can not be called interference.That is how the justice is delivered.You can also be an interlocuter if feel that the Court is not having jurisdiction over the matter.
