Most of the news channels were telling Saina went down in the finals. But this time she went up, last time she made it to Quarters, this time she was in Finals. First time by any Indian. Instead showing it as great achievement, they were telecasting it she has lost !!!! Congrats Saina, we are proud of you.
This time around. The badminton can now boast of more non-chinese . Indians atlast have left a lasting impression in this world championship. I think Badminton has got great future if taken more seriously across the nation.
we are following saina over the years and in this match it seems that she had lost focus and was playing in the hands of Marin and was too defensive unlike her earlier aggressive/attacking game .Any way silver medal is a matter of proud to her millions followers. With best wishes for her future career.
Many a times you play so well that we are sure of your ultimate victory.. but then you play finals as if you had never played badminton and that is very disappointing to see...
You have to take some meditation lessons to calm your mind and tide over that nerve shattering pressure...
Please do it just once if not for you then for us... we are your fans and take pride in seeing you scale new heights in the game...
All the very best... This one may be over but the next one is still out there...
