Can anyone believe him that having automatic weapon in his hand, he didn't try to verify whether there was any intruder in home or not , wher his girl friend who he alleged th have heated exchange, and blindly fired four bullets ? Can this be called self defence ? Defence against whom ? It was nothing but a cold blooded murder with a clear intention to kill and not culpable homicide ie. killing without real intention to kill.
