First of all, Indian Sports Federations (Be it any Sport) must learn to respect Sportmen. They think that the players are all toys in their hand and they could do anything or NOT do anything to the players and still expect the players to give their best to events like ASIAD. It is high time that the government and federations starting focussing on talent development, financial assistance and retaining talent. Otherwise no player will honour any of these federations' requests and India's medal tally will continue to remain pathetic.
