Apology for what ???

Shame on the judges & especially the Indian officials who had gone there on holiday/shopping at public expense. In the first place why was the need for her to borrow money & fight this issue alone.
If there is a slight amount of conscience among the Indian sports authorities, a probe must be conducted against those corrupt people who went on a holiday.

Shame on Cricket fans & Boxing Officials: Its Boxing Not Cric

Since it was poor Saritha from the North-East, many idiots are giving sermons about Sportsmanship. But, when Tendulkar lied and defended Monkey Harbhajan in Australia, it was great sportsmanship. Shame on lying Tendulkar's fans and Boxing officials.

when we all, as indians , feel bad for the boxing result, and we r with saritha on the complaint of cheating by the judges, saritha should not forget to play the sport as sport . she is in an international event, and refusing to receive the medal and wear it is unpardonable in the sports field .

but, this brings another aspect. where were the boxing administrators and officials, during the bout and thereafter ? why they did not file a protest note immdly on announcing the result? why did saritha have to "borrow"500 $" from a fellow journelist to file the complaint ?

it is all very clear . all these free loaders,in the name of officials are enjoying paid holidays with their wives in 5 star hotels , when our athelets and sports persons are toiling to get medals.

the entire money spent by this official should be recovered from the salary of this official who accompanied this boxing team.

Everything has a protocol. If Dhoni is given out wrongly, should he start crying or should he skip the presentation ceremony? If Federer gets a bad line call on match point, should he pack his bags and leave? The IBA should take up the matter seriously and file the complaint following proper channel. Saritha was right in expressing her disappointment but she should not have denied the medal. That is my personal opinion.

Sarita may have apologised, but what of the blatant cheating ?? That seems to have been brushed under the carpet.
