Well let me congratulate Manoj for receiving the Arjuna Award. Well the judgment came late but he was the winner. I do not understand how a great sportsman like Kapil Dev could be so unprofessional. He could have explained the reason why the Boxer was being refused the award and if indeed there a proof of his involvement with Drugs. Kapil should have come out clean and also had a counseled the boxer personally. You cannot ignore a common wealth gold medalist high and dry. Lot of the materials behind the scene needs to become more clear and brought forward.
