Due to dirty_politics,nothing else. Now clubs in Goa,Shillong,Bangalore,etc are far better for players and professionally managed.Bengal is spoilt by dirty_politics in all_spheres.People are too_cunning.Good Bengalis_donot find voice.So,they leave their state and settle in places like Bangalore,Ahmedabad,Delhi,Jamshedpur,Ranchi,Guwahati,Mumbai,Hyderabad,etc.
