I m very happy that at least women are coming forward in this field and I personally give her my extreme good wishes from my heart. I can say that she will give very good training to men for football team.
In the IITs we were trained well by top women faculty members in tough areas such as mathematics, physics and chemistry. So much so, we were able to compete easily with world class people in top American or British universities at the doctoral level. We are grateful to the women who gave us such strong academic preparation. We should follow the French approach and progress more.
