Only our dear most Soldiers, Sportsmen and Sportswomen, and scientists, along with other non-political interests (except NGOs) can bring glory to India. Not one politician in India is worth his or her salt. Congratulations to all winners and the very best of luck to all participants. India is proud of you all.

These literal sons and daughters of Indian soil, born of humble mores have brought laurels to their motherland by sheer dint of their hard work and sweat, without the carrots of ‘corporate-prizes’ dangling before them! Let’s realize that though the capitalism-driven present-day Indian society may make politicians coin ‘India-shining’ slogans, it will finally be left to the poor-commoners as students, workers, soldiers and sport-persons to bring glory to the country! May their tribe prosper!
