He is not a leader who can build world beating teams. In fact he overshadows the team. Portugal would do better without Ronaldo

Portugal was always a much hyped over-rated team. Any team that depends on one particular individual cannot win a team game like football. The defaets of Brazil, Portugal , Argentina are proofs of this.
