In the world cup I watched Mandzukic could not play Brazil game because of a previous red card in qualifying. In the world cup I watched Mandzukic scored 2 goals against Cameroon. In the world cup I watched Mandzukic played against Mexico. You can check the lineups in matches even now. Champions League this year had Semis in April and final on 24 May.... Please!!! The Champions league is designed to showcase stars by keeping long gaps in matches so the stars get rested by clubs if tired etc. The World cup is a test of skill and endurance and strength and sheer will to win. There is no time to rest. The Champion's league is to showcase stars and their skills but it does NOT test endurance, strength and stamina because of long gaps between matches.
