Remember that it was just a bad day for brazil...its like India getting beaten by Bangladesh in the west indies during 2007 world cup cricket .... but india won world cup after that.....so dejected/shocked fans must believe that it was not their day....and should congratulate the best team played the game in best spirits !

Many are talking as if Brazil were superd all tournament and has just one bad day. Make no mistake about it..Brazil had just one convincing win in the entire tournament and were average at best against all the weak opponents they faced until they met Germany.
You all need a reality check.. And what an anology...!!! ...you are comparing Germany with Bangladesh..? Germany has been in the finals for the most times...even mroe than Brazil FYI.
Coming back to this WC...Based on the form and team depth many expected Germany to win this match..although not by this margin.

spot on analysis. no team can go so far in the biggest stage of them all, the WC, without a defense, with a not so good mid-field and next to none attack.. brazil was lucky to reach Semi. I don't know what happened to Kaka, Robinho, Ronaldinho, Cutinho etc. This team was no where compared to brazil of old days
