After German reunification, in the East German universities all the faculty members were dismissed and their positions were filled by new recruits (some of the old ones, presumably the better ones, were re-appointed). Something like this should be done in Indian sports bodies. The athletes should approach the courts and the IOC to make this happen. Meanwhile, the media should expose the officials completely. Will they do it?
