Disappointing - Have you gone nuts?
by Manoj Sharma on Feb 11, 2014 12:58 AM

Disappointing? In a country of billion people, a guy has guts and desire to take on a sports that no one would dare. Did you see his practice videos where he puts tires and goes on national highway risking his risk for practicing for the lack of facilities. He is the one who deserves one of the "PADMA" awards. And for all this what he gets it - words like disappointment and then cannot even participate under national flag of his country. I stay in US and this story has gone viral and my non India colleagues have shown so much respect for him. I am not at all saying we go with them but this is the level of achievement he has...

BTW - What is the qualification of this writer?

Guy reached the olympics on his own. Other countries have so much support from their federation. It is a shame he had to struggle this had due to tainted officials from Indian Olympic committee. These members should be hanged.

Author - Shut ur f* mouth
by Prashanth Talla on Feb 10, 2014 10:17 PM

I'm proud of Shiva. He atleast put his whole hearted effort to participate in the olympics and did something. It is shame on ppl like you and on India Olympic association not supporting is any way. What are the facilities given to him since he chose this sport and tried his best to excel in it? None I believe. Compare the same with those european folks who participated in this sporting event. So pls shut ur f* mouth

DISAPPOINTING?????? The author of this article, I am surfe hadnt heard of this event till Mr.Kesavan paerticipated. Hello boss.......lets celebrate that he finsihed ahead of 2 others in an event for which he has no support. Whatever he has achieved he has done so with his own effort and with no support from any government or sponsors. So lets shut our traps up and not make such statements.
