In India only State West Bengal is a state is able to produce players who can achieve top rank in World . I again advise FIFA totally concentrate to West Bengal & other North Eastern state if you need quick results . The reason is genetic because players of these areas process natural skill and technique of Football like Brazilians.

Kittu from Tamil Nadu was a star that played for India in World Cup. There is talent all over India. Kerala, TN and Punjabalways excelled in Athletics

Hello Deba, How many football stars and athlets arised from Bengal so far ? Bengal is nothing .Bengal has won most santhosh trophies with other state players ,who has played for culcutta clubs for monetary benefits.
