Like in beauty competition look for beauty with brain similarly players should also be selected with etiquette. Players making such gesture towards other is shame for the country and rouge countries should be banned from sport.

You were playing against India in India and therefore the crowd was with Indian team.
You won the match but instead of enjoying the victory, some of your players were interested in insulting the spectator. If this is not disgusting then what is disgusting behavior.
Pakistani Hockey Federation should hang their head in shame and should not shamelessly defend such behaviour.
