She played with commitment , courage and fearlessness in the Q/F match . If same temperament continues we will see her in the final. Undoubtedly , P.V.Sidhu era is started.
An example of her recent poor behavior was on show at IBL when she criticized a real legend, and her team mate "Taufik Hidayat should accept that he has retired now and will not get the highest price". She is arrogance personified.

Yeah Sindhu has more guts than Saina i.e. why she wins against chinese players. Saina also won Olympic out of sheer luck as the chinese opponent has got her legs broken in the middle of the game.
saina will not progress in badminton more than what she has done so far, many reasons 1)success has gone to her head 2)media praises & endorsements has diminished her motivation. 3) she is overweight , and doesnt spend time on her practises. 4) money, films etc are her preferences , wheres is the game is secondary . Forget her now , better to see how Sindhu fares in the next couple of years.
The ramp queen should concentrate on walking on ramps and the movie on her life.
Winning a bronze in Olympic by share luck (her opponent was injured and retired) and the generated hype from typical Indian media, killed all the chances she had to reach the top.
She is arrogant now, does not accept her poor form and comes with excuses, a sure signal that there will be no improvement from here on..

Very correct Ashish, she skipped the CWG 2014 event of last month,as there was no prize money in it. Yesterday, unnecessarily she criticised BWF for permitting more Chinese players in an event, whereas she should realise that their players occupy the top ranking slots. Modesty is missing in her,as the Olympic bronze medal has gone to her head, and the endorsements she got after that has filled her coffers.

Completely agree to Ashish n Jugal. Also she needs to reduce some fat and become more agile.

Yes she is built like boxer and lacks feline grace that is essential for this game. However kudos to Sindhu
