If Paes had wanted to represent the country he should have agreed to partner with Bhupati at least a year before olympics. It is like saying because Dhoni has a reputation, if he plays with Mumbai Indians they will win. It might be ego problem or whatever, i think in doubles the chemistry between the player is important, they should enjoy playing with each other and should have played with each other leading into olympics.
