Only abuses
by biswanath roy on Apr 06, 2014 10:40 AM

We Indians have only abuses for AI, for its flight delays, cancellation of flights etc, but when only AI lifts stranded passengers from abroad,or disaster struck areas in India,we forget to thank or praise them. AI was the only airline which ferried the harried Uttarakhand tourists/pilgrims from Dehradun. Why does not the most efficient Jet Airways do these national duties,or is it only for making profits?

Shooter should know the airline policies by now
by Ram Online on Apr 05, 2014 10:32 PM  | Hide replies

I am surprised that shooters does not know which airlines allow weapons which airlines does not. Its not like they changed the policies in the last minute. Shooters carry weapons all the times. The first thing their travel agent should check is the airline policy regarding the weapons. Thier travel agent messed up big time. If they purchased the tickets themselves without checking airline policy, they have nobody else but themselves to blame for this mess. They should talk to other airlines which allows the guns, buy the tickets with them. Even Air India can not change the policies for them in the last minute. At least employees have no authorization to change the policies. Air India should look into changing the policies to allow sportsmen to carry the weapons without affecting the security of the plane.

Ok. They came to Atlanta airport late and missed the original plane. When they booked in next flight they did not check the weapon's policy. This is no news. It happens to everybody. Airlines wont even allow the tooth paste and 3 inch scissors. How do they expect them to allow weapons? Let me repeat again, weapons policy is the first thing shooters should look when they book the flights or change the itinerary.
