Present greatest

Nadal is a clay court specialist, who happened to win only a hand-full of hard courts titles and recently. I'll admit, he has dominated clay courts like no one else. He is the greatest clay court player without any doubt. But what about the other courts, hard and grass? He is yet to win at a single World tour finals, which is played on hard courts between the top 8 players.

Overall dominance was by Federer and now by Djokovic. But, I'm sure Nadal fans will always find it difficult to acknowledge Federer as the GOAT, because of the H2H records which Nadal holds. Djokovic is now on the way to having a better H2H record against Nadal, so will he become the greatest if he does overtake Nadal in H2H only? No, because he lags behind in other records. Similarly is the case with Nadal, who unless breaks the other important records of Federer can't claim to be the GOAT.
So, until then its Federer who is the GOAT.

So if we are to apply your own "logic"' Federer is a hard court specialist who happened to win a handful of grass court tourneys. What about other courts, like clay? If you claim to be the greatest of all time, you cannot be found lacking on any particular surface. Same with Sampras.
Overall domination is now by Djokovic? Dont you think it's a bit too premature to say that? It's Nadal who won 2 slams last year and was denied by injury the 1st slam of this year. What domination are you talking about? If it's his H2H with Nadal that you claim to be a domination, didn't you just say that H2H only cant be a criteria?
Djokovic is at the peak of his powers and is still being denied absolute domination of the sport only by Nadal. Djokovic himself called Nadal the "ultimate challenge in tennis".
If you cant understand the sport, at least keep your ignorance to yourself.

Federer's has won more on Grass also. He is both a hard and grass court specialist. I can understand the sport better than you and you are the one having a blind eye to the GOAT status of Federer.
