I'm hoping to see federer win atleast one more grand slam. As you said his motivation has decreased and its also the age factor. No one can beat Connors motivation towards the game. He played upto 40 yrs of age and kept winning against lesser age group opponents.

Nadal may be thinking he is seeing atlast light at the end of the tunnel.. he and his fans dont know its just fire flies.

Talking about GS titles, he is still 4 titles away to matching Fede's record... which is never going to happen.

Nadal can only dream of beating some of Fede's records... One example is the the ATP tour final which has 1500 points for the winner, its the next great thing after grand slams.. and greater than the masters. Nadal may have won 26 masters titles then he and his fans are sore losers as far as the ATP tour finals are concerned.

Michael is a typical loser with way too much time on his hands. One by one Nadal has demolished all myths about him and proved he is unstoppable.Nadal raises the bar. While Federer fans drown their sorrows in a bar.Micheal, how do you say it is never gonna happen that Federer's record of 17 slams will be beaten by Nadal? We would actually take you seriously, but unfortunately we already know that you had said it was impossible that Nadal will win this US Open.So your credibility level is pretty much zero.

Hey Michael, What is your grouse man? The numbers are totally irrelevant and they are only incidental. If you play longer enough and you are talented, you are bound to reach them sometime or the other. Why put down somebody who has worked hard for whatever he had achieved. Nobody could take away the laurels of Fedex and for that matter that of Nadal. So just enjoy the tennis. As long as the players are able to put up competitive display, the sports will always be the winner.

Well said..it's a case of sour grapes for Fedex fans... I'm a fedex fan too..but Rafa was always on higher level and people will accept it once he beats 17..so ppl wait up and get ready to accept and clap!
