I agree with Namdhari. She has brought shame to the country by marrying a citizen of an enemy country

Doubles dont really count for much. She should show her mettle in singles and let us see if she can atleast get past first round in a grand slam singles

Natasha I can also say many things so stop talking communal and reply to the point. Btw a few years back I was a huge fan of Sania and her forehand groundstrokes but she has disappointed me and sort of faded away. She was beating even top twenty players at a time but poor fitness and maybe other interests took its toll

It is the other way round. you are talking about caste and religion when she made a legitimate point. For commenting on any sports or sportsperson, one does not have to be ex or current player. You should know that Football's and Cricket's many successful coaches were either failure as players or never played it

Doubles don't count for much?? Wow! You must have played professional tennis to have made that comment! Grow up. Stop just changing TV channels and become an ardent fan of the game rather than a particular player and you'll understand the doubles game is a whole lot different and interesting. Cheers!

Btw 5 grand slams in a year! What an achievements. We Indians are so unappreciative and ignorant. Doesn't count??? What counts then?? Just the world no.1??

That's the spirit, Sania. Currently you are no.11. No. 1 is not un-achievable. Give it your best shot. Keep trying. Saina achieved No.3 rank in badminton in half the time that she thought was possible. You can possibly do the same, if you put in the same amount of effort. Al the best for the same.
