Many of us don't that he trains in Italy as he is studying in an Italian University. As a result, Italian Olympic association asked him to represent Italy but he turned it down as there was no question of turning out under any other flag other than the Tricolour. The sad part is that there hasn't been any Govt. encouragement. His career would have a lot more fruitful and fulfilling had he chosen to represent Italy. Such heroes don't get recognised.
