PHOTOS: Vettel seals controversial Malaysia win

I don't understand much about racing but does not "after defying orders to back off and let Red Bull team mate Mark Webber take the chequered flag ahead of him" smack of 'match fixing?'

Can someone educate me?

They call it "team orders" so as to protect the team's interest of winning the constructors title. Team with two drivers want to get max points, so they give "team orders" on not to race each other

I understand that Vettel came first and his team mate Webber second. Then why the need to let Weber "take the chequered flag ahead of him."

How would that affect the Constructors Title - if at all?
