If Sachin is her source of Inspiration then its matter of concern and Worry for the Badminton sport's fraternity, as she has indirectly signaled that like sachin, she would never RETIRE from Badminton, come what may.

Please do not be so harsh on her... rather than praising her for her efforts and achievements, it is sad that you are linking something very irrelevant to her statements.... also please appreciate that Sachin is a legend who has done India proud on many occasions and is respected worldwide by cricket and non-cricket playing nations... so just being a pessimistic will not help at all

I too thought the same to write but after seeing your comment, I stand by it 100%.

She could not win any important event which Indians had hoped. Once you taste the power of money, your profession takes the back seat. Saina is no exception. None in the past also, in any sports event could not sustain for years maining their status. Prakash padukone, Gopichand, Tennis men double players, etc., to name a few.
Game Hockey is associated with India and now, we are no where with this game. Yet we are proud to keep saying, we won in 1985 and so on.

Our talents in sports is disastrous.

balan, bang

We all have a short memory. We used to forget what happened yesterday because we live in today. The man played for India for 23 years is the pride of India and need our support to overcome in his hard time. he has already retired from Oneday and IPL, how many test match are we playing these days? So why still we say the same word.
