Radwanska, Caroline and some most of the players make women's tennis by their bland, chip and chop play. They can only win if their opponents, Maria, Serena, Li, Sam play very badly, otherwise they are just club level, boring to watch. the young brigade therefore cannot beat Maria, Serena unless these two play badly.
I watched the entire match.. It was pulsating tennis for an otherwise innocuous and typical cat fight.. Sabine lost it in the second but stormed back from 0-3 deficit in the decider to draw level and finally walk away with the match..
Both girls showed plenty of eskin.. Mouth watering in all respects..

I am surprised that Radwanska, with almost no skill except playing defence, keeps winning. Her school-kid like tennis is so bland to watch but obviously effective, unbelievably

Radwanska's game wasn't bland, it was a beautiful blend of intelligence and grace. Ofcourse she benefited a lot from so many unforced errors from Lisicki (60, I guess). Nevertheless radwanska played a clean game. Too bad, she could not match the power of Lisicki. Lisicki definitely deserved to be the winner for the hard willed fight she put up, despite gifiting so many easy points to Radwanska.
