Good luck to this upcoming star. What I like most about this interview is the fact that she wants to win an Arjuna award. Ask our cricketers who do not even go to collect the same when they are awarded one. Best wishes to the upcoming champ.

so, u think other sportspersons dont play they just get awards.. they are more busy then cricketers.. in india, its very easy to make career in cricket.. but, it requires lot of talent, hard-work and especially courage to become sportsperson... u shd be the person who is ok with not getting any recognition or money for bringing gold medals for nation..
Watch her play and you will understand that she is a more complete player than Saina. Tall, Better all court game, smashes, reach & stamina. Just needs to improve on her tactical game. Watch out, India has a potential champion.
Indian Badminton is going great guns at present -there is a need to promote the game more at local level to bring in the sponcers. Also there is a dire need for good coaches-with the exception of Gopichand there is really not much support for the players in that front. It is time for the sport body to become aggressive and plan big for the future!
