It is heartening to see some other countries also following judicial systems that allow murderers and criminals of heinous crimes to get bail, just as in our country. We see so many high profile people on bail for years ! Such long periods of bail when nothing is happening in the courts, show that the crime is almost no crime, but when ultimately a punishment would be given, will that not start a fresh round of bails and appeals before superior courts?

What u understand? It is the British system... cases go on and on ... though Britain itself has progressed, States ruled by Britain follow the same old bogus procedure.

the rules of the Law is not that easy to be understood by a common man-such cases have to be viewed from all perspectives, not just jumping into conclusion-i still have a strong doubt that it was a preplanned m urder, let's wait
