a big question to be answered.......not defending this guy, but is he in a frame of mind to answer questions( whether or not he killed her...he in not guilty till proved beyond reasonable doubt. has a psychologist/psychiatrist report been sought by magistrate Desai, if he is weeping uncontrollably and the hearing had to wait for some time? We often forget mental state of individual to give reasonable statements when in such big stress ......anyone can break? My plea is simple.........
on spur of moment or after a debate, he wanted to just keel her as he fired through door and before that he beaten her with a cricket bat! she ran and locked herself in bathroom but this cruel man did not give up, he chased her and fired through door just to keel her!
only hangingTILLdeath shud be the punishment!
otherwise send him to india, it will take 20 years for announcing his verdict while he will almost die, then hang after 10 years, 30- years complete, full life imprisonment plus hanging as bonus!
