Congrats again! You did manage to get over the line finally. Your draws have increased considerably after the WC win and had started to become a bit of a headache.You are arguably India's greatest Individual sporting hero. Though the opponents in this tournament were not of the same category of Kramnik,Gelfand,Topalov and company but its a welcome win give the number of draws last year.

but first must qualify by beating juniors and think of playing the champ..by the time you beat the jr. you will become very old or may be retired.

Yes, concur with you. He single handedly revolutionised chess in India and showed you one could make a living/built a career out of playing chess.
This chap is by far the best sportsperson India has ever produced. Amazing consistency. He became the first GM of India in 1987 and within 3 years broke into top 100 rankings. Was ranked 41st in 1991, then 8th in 1992 when he face the then world champion Antoly Karpov (though lost to him) in what could be called as the first Super GM match (involving players from top10) for him. Since then he has maintane his rankings int top5 for close to 20 years !!!!!!! huh ....truly legendary stuff.
