I think its only because most of the So called Superstars as fearful of EPL conpetitiveness among all the 20 Teams, and the Intensity they have to play for the Whole 90 Mins and the Cheer test of Physical calibre they will have to undergo that most of these stars and not coming to join EPL teams. In contrast they get to play normal football in other leagues where there is less competetion other than the top flight 5 teams of those leagues. EPL has more talent and Competetive Edge in terms of the Game and Physicality and its because of this that EPL is more popular than other Leagues across the world.
