Just imagine if Indian Football Team is to play FC Bracelona what will be the scoreline. I guess nothing less than 10 -15 goals Barcelona will score against India .What do you say ppl?

I remember once PSV Eindhoven had visited India and played against the Indian Football team. In the first two matches the scoreline read 7-0 and 8-1 or something like that. In the third match, they played some Bengal Football club that had some foreigners too. The scoreline was a bit better (4-0). So with FC Barcelona or similar clubs, scorelines like 10-0 are quite possible.

ali ji, total annual turnover of just barcelona club is 398 million euro. total AIFF turnover is 10 Crore in 2010. you are expecting quality? some cricket players earn more than AIFF. you are the typical gulami mentality indians who support EPL and Spanish football and make fun of Indian football. clubs in europe are making money from fans like you while Indian football suffers.
Talent is not lacking but this game needs a lot of stamina and speed,youngsters at the school level have to be identified and trained .Moreover more tournaments against a little higher ranked opponents like the gulf teams will go a long way in helping the game in India .One thing is for sure if our football team comes even to the standard of being Asian champs then it will overtake cricket.
Nice to know if other sports flourish in our country as well. I support other games though i am a cricket fan & will ever be one. Never mind if it is played by 11 fools or watched by 1 billion fools.
