It has always been Fedex out of his prime while Nadal moving towards his prime post-2007..Still fedex was able to hold him in fast hard courts..Outside clay RAFA has won against fedex mostly on slow hard courts .. these statics needs to be dived into deeply..US Open wud have determined some result but dat didnt happen ( am saying this even when fedex now has crossed 30)..If 17 grand slams does not give correct picture ..even 18-7 Rafa HEH against Fedex is NOT true picture ..T time !!

agreed great player...but has a problem...18-10 HEH for nadal..I can tell you one thing, he loses half the battle the moment he sees nadal as opponent, it finals it just elevates...

A mindblowing year for KING OF TENNIS ROGER FEDERER considering his age. You can't win them all especially not at the age of 31. Federer had too many unforced errors but still gave a tough fight. Federer quarterfinal streak continues. Federer will be back. Federer wil now try to win his 7TH WORLD TOUR TITLE. He already has the most titles than any other player. Now that federer is out, it will be easy for murray or Novak to win the title. This is Murray's best chance to win a GRANDSLAM. Even if Novak wins the US OPEN, Federer will still be NO.1. Its gonna be either murray or novak who will win this GRANDSLAM.

If you say Federer is one among greats,and dont claim him greatest ever,then there is no dispute at all.Federer,Borg,Sampras,Laver,Nadal....all are among the greatest of tennis players.Anyway,Borg,McEnroe and Sampras all played in the Open era,so there's another hole in your 'logic' :)
