No I think they just removed his awards without naming any others for it.

There is no point in giving to runner ups. Everyone was doping.

This is really sad development in sport...Lance was hero for his super achievement..title after battling with cancer..but doping charges have bought anti climax to his heroics...Just dark event of sport....
