A simple CHROMOSOME test would have inconclusively proved whether this athlete is male or female. As usual the police dragged on dragged on causing immense anguish for the athlete an his family and now what.He will apeal it which could go on another 5 yrs just to prove what and who he or she is. what a trvesty of justice
It so complicated to established the gender of human being. Than I dont understand how simple rape had takenplace. May be it gimic to push him for gender test.

rape need not be the only thing what you think and understand. it has a more broader definition. also gender cant be confirmed by simplyu looking at genitalia
